Enabling Auctioneer in WoW
In order to successfully and efficiently run Auctioneer in World of Warcraft, you need to ensure that several settings are enabled in the AddOns list in the game.
How to get to the AddOns list
When you first open the WoW game client and login to the game, you are presented to the Character Selection screen. This is where you can choose which character you will play during the session and create new characters / manage existing characters. It looks like this:
You will notice that down the bottom left of the Character Selection screen, there is a button labelled AddOns. When you click this button, you will go to the AddOns List. If you do not see this button, then your AddOns are not installed correctly (See: A step by step guide to installing/upgrading Auctioneer to install them correctly)
Setting the AddOns up so they work
Once you are in the AddOns List, your screen will look like the following:

You should make sure that the following options are set correctly.
- Configure AddOns For is set to All characters.
- Load out of date AddOns is checked.
- In the actual list, the Stubby AddOn should always be selected and golden in color. If it is not, none of the other AddOns will be able to load.
- Choose which of Auctioneer, BeanCounter, Enchantrix, Enchantrix-Barker, Informant, and SlideBar you wish to run in the game and make sure they are selected and golden in color as well. Since these addons can be configured to load on demand, there's really no harm in turning them all on, and configuring their load behaviour using the in-game commands.
- You may additionally see several other Auctioneer statistics and utility modules listed in your AddOn list, depending on your installation source. You must enable any of these modules which you wish to use.
If some of the AddOns in the AddOn List are not golden in color in the AddOns list, that means something that they need is either not installed, or not enabled.

Um Auctioneer in World of Warcraft erfolgreich und effizient zum Laufen zu bringen, sollten Sie sich vergewissern, daß mehrere Einstellungen in der Addonsliste des Spiels freigegeben sind.

Wenn Sie den Wow-Client öffnenn und sich in das Spiel einloggen, wird die Liste aller Charaktere angezeigt. Es sieht ungefähr so aus:
Rechts unten auf dem Bildschirm finden Sie einen Button mit Addon beschriftet. Wenn Sie auf diesen Button clicken, erscheint die Addonsliste. Wenn Sie diesen Button nicht sehen, dann ist die Installation Ihrer Addons falsch falsch gelaufen. AddOns einstellen, damit sie
Einmal wenn sie diese Addonliste vor sich haben, sieht Ihr Bildschirm ungefähr so aus:
Sie sollten sich vergewissern, daß folgenden Optionen korrekt gesetzt sind:
- Addons kofigurieren für: ist für Alle Charaktere gesetzt.
- Veraltete Addons laden is markiert.
- In der derzeitigen Liste die Addons Stubby und EnhTooltip sollen immer selektiert und goldgelb sein. Wenn sie es nicht sind, wird keiner der anderen Addons geladen werden können.
- Selektieren Sie aus Auctioneer, Enchantrix, Benacounter und Informant die, die sie im Spiel geladen haben möchten und vergewissern Sie sich, daß sie goldgelb sind. Da diese Addons auf Anforderung aufgeladen werden, ist es nicht von Nachteil sie alle zu selektieren und ihr Aufladeverhalten über die Konfiguration einzustellen .
Wenn mache der Addons in der Addonsliste nicht goldfarben sind, das bedeutet daß sie entweder nicht installiert oder nicht freigegeben sind.
